SERVICES

  • Muscle, Tendon, and Joint Injuries

Your body is responding exactly as it should to the demands being placed on it. This means that changing those loads should affect your symptoms and lead to healing. Understanding biomechanics and load management is imperative in tissue healing.

  • Natural Footwear Transition

Our bodies are designed for function. Thanks to modern footwear (narrow, elevated heel, stiff, thick-soled) and a culture of sitting, we are now plagued by foot, leg, hip, and low back injuries. Transitioning to natural footwear over time will allow your body to function more efficiently.

  • Running Assessment

We were born to run. However, we have developed bodies that are not equipped to run efficiently thanks to modern cultural norms. Guiding the body to its optimal state and correcting your running form will unlock your power to run faster and longer.

  • Manual Therapy

Hands-on therapy is often beneficial in recovering from injury and promotes healing in soft tissue. Dry needling, cupping, soft tissue massage, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM), and taping can be valuable tools on your healing journey.

  • McKenzie Method

The McKenzie Method is useful in treating neck and back injuries, especially those with radicular symptoms traveling down the arms or legs.

  • Education

Education is the key component in your recovery. Have you ever been to a health practitioner and not felt comfortable asking questions? This should never be the case. Knowing the "why" behind what your body is telling you is the pivotal piece in using each injury or setback to advance you to a higher level.

  • 5 Pillars of Health

Movement. Sleep. Food. Mind. Community. Having these 5 pillars in place creates strong support for a healthy body and mind. With general education in all pillars, we can help guide you to become an active participant in life and can direct you to other health practitioners where needed.

  • Cash-Pay, One-on-One Treatment

Take insurance out of the equation, and health care returns to what it should be: patients taking control of their health and treatment focusing on efficient, effective care for each individual.

  • Direct Access

We strive to be a trusted source for your first call for musculosketal injuries. In most cases, we can see you without a physician's order. If you are currently under a physician's care for your condition, we are happy to communicate with them about your plan of care.
